We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with exceptional PowerPoint skills to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a marketing environment and a strong ability to design visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting various marketing initiatives by creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations and other design assets that align with our brand’s identity and objectives. As the brand ambassador, you will ensure our visual identity remains consistent and engaging across all marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
PowerPoint Design & Development (50%):
Create visually stunning, engaging, and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
Develop templates, slide decks, and presentation materials that enhance storytelling and align with brand guidelines.
Implement animations, infographics, and data visualizations to elevate presentations and improve engagement.
Work closely with stakeholders to transform complex ideas and data into visually appealing, easy-to-understand slides.
Graphic Design & Marketing Asset Creation (50%):
Collaborate with the marketing team to design a wide range of visual materials, including website graphics, advertisements, paid media assets, whitepapers, and digital banners.
Support the marketing organization across multiple areas such as brand, growth, internal communications, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines while finding opportunities to enhance and elevate our visual identity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing design and copy to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar background.
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing team environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating diverse visual assets, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience designing high-quality, dynamic presentations.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional designs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and adapt to feedback.
Fluent and excellent communication in English.
