Job Title: Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics, blogs) for social media and digital platforms.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and website content to attract and retain audiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and target audience.
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across various platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
• Implement social media trends, hashtags, and challenges to boost engagement.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience reach.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to improve visibility.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) to measure content performance.
• Coordinate content calendars and campaign rollouts with other departments.
